Quality Backhoe Services, Inc are a family owned full service excavation company serving Kennewick, Pasco and Richland Washington since 2001.
Luis and Tobey Sanchez, owners of Q.B.S., reside in Burbank, Washington. Luis has worked in the construction industry for forty two years and has first hand experience when it comes to job performance in the marketplace and focused customer satisfaction.
Luis and Tobey with the help of their family and friends sponsor City Care community outreaches serving the community with turkey drives to help and to serve the elderly and those who cannot afford a turkey for the holidays.
Luis mentors young men through his City Crew work program who desire a better quality of life and teaches them job working skills.

Luis has worked in the parks, water, street, sewer, and storm drain departments and has ample experience and certified training when it comes to installing and repairing all that pertains to water, sewer lines and all phases of excavation, demolition, lot clearing and drainage systems not to mention completing the job with excellence and quality CRAFTSMANSHIP!
